In the center of Orange County, our facility is near major freeways and is just minutes away from John Wayne airport and newport Beach. The Orange County Sound Stage is located within the South Coast Media Center - Orange County's newest hub of video production service companies.
The stage is equipped with a permanent 35' x 25' hard cyclorama covered in Digital Green Screen. The background is pre-lit with Kino-flo imagebank 85 lights insuring a good and consistent key. Additionally our 60' perimeter track holds our floor to ceiling black and white curtains to accommodate shoots needing an alternate backdrop.
To support the main stage we have a private dressing room, make-up room and client lounge complete with small kitchenette, phone, fax, copier and WIFI.
For simpler shoots, the South Coast Media Center hosts a small insert stage that is available with or without a complete set of production equipment including a Sony digital camera, lights, microphones and switcher. With a permanent Ultimatte system in place, clients can use this facility for Live Uplinks shoot "talking heads" or product shots.
Also, located in the South Coast Media Center is a Digital Audio Suite (voice-over recording, sweetening. music composition) and four Digital Video Editing Suites. And let's not forget support. If you need a lighting expert, cameraman, a teleprompter operator or any support personnel, we've got you covered!
